Is your staff spending time on tasks that could be automated?
Are you still printing and mailing expense statements for your agents? You should be emailing expense statements to your agents. No more killing trees and wasting time folding and stuffing. Not to mention the postage to mail statements each month! And e-mailing is available for other agent reports.
Did you know Lone Wolf has Electronic Funds Transfer capability?
No more running out of checks, no more buying checks, and no more paying for postage to mail them…. To see if your bank is currently available for EFT in Lone Wolf, go into E.1.4 and on the Account Info screen there is an EFT drop-down list with all the formats that are currently available. If your bank is not in that list, we can custom program them for you for a nominal fee.
You can pay your agents, employees, vendors, and transfer money between accounts, all using EFT!
Still handwriting labels?
If your staff are handwriting labels for transaction files, vendor files, agent files, etc. they can generate a nice clean consistent label format in the brokerWOLF RMS program. There are standard Label options available, and you can setup your own Custom label formats in menu option I.A. You can print the labels to your own laser printer, or Lone Wolf has a DYMO Label Printer interface that will print labels from a DYMO label printer on a convenient roll of labels.
Tired of double entering data?
Is your staff entering listings into your MLS and/or website, then entering them into Lone Wolf? Are your agents requesting back office reports from your administrator, and claiming they haven’t received important notifications? Our WOLFconnect web-based solution addresses all of these challenges, reduces your staff support to agents, and much more!
