Assigning categories to your agents may seem like additional work and just another area for your accounting personnel to maintain...until you evaluate the possible benefits. Did you know you can use agent categories within the following options:

Agent Ranking
Agent Statements
Commission Cutting Report
Company Dollar Analysis

Did you know that there are processes that can automatically assign and maintain certain agent categories based on:

Less than one year experience
One year experience or more
Recruited Agent
Training School Attendee
E & O Contract

Consider the reporting requests you receive regularly. Are you running multiple reports by individuals that might lend itself to creating a category to group the applicable agents?
