When these requests come in to us, we first look to the tools that are available. If you have the DPN mirrored SQL database, we have implemented the ability for some standard feeds to partners such as Wells Fargo. This feed is automated, pulling data at regularly scheduled intervals and submitting it to Wells Fargo. The DPN mirrored SQL database is not the only tool that enables custom configured feeds – our clients with ODBC can accomplish the same goal. If you have neither of these tools available or the personnel to create such data feeds, consider exporting the DPN information into Excel as your starting point.

The Buyers/Sellers List by Property is the perfect option to start the process. This option will create a spreadsheet file, extracting certain key elements of your sales. Data can be pulled by status for a selected date range. Using the option weekly to pull the information for new sales pended within the week will give your mortgage partner the necessary information to contact your buyers. The data extracted can be limited to company represented buyers and/or sellers only – eliminating possible conflicts from contacting co-broker clients.

This option also lends itself for use on client follow-up since the information can be pulled for both pending and closed sales.
