Entering Email Addresses into DPN Eliminating paper within your daily business routine and using efficient methods of communications at the workplace has become crucial. It is important to be prepared for moving forward into products that will allow you to email information. If you are not already storing your agent email addresses on DPN, perhaps you should consider doing so. Contact DPN Customer Support to assist you with turning on this feature. There is no charge to you for the feature – only the support time to assist with the implementation. You will have the ability to store email addresses as well as agent website URL information. Once setup is complete, we can initially load the agent information with an import of the data. Ongoing normal maintenance such as adding new agents will require manual entry of the information. If your company makes a global change to all email address configurations, that change can be accommodated with our mass email change option within DPN. In addition to storing email addresses for agents, we have the ability to store this information for “payees” as well. Payee Lists are not limited to accounts payable vendors only, but also includes sellers, buyers, mortgage companies, title companies and other core service providers. You will notice in the featured report section that follows, email addresses can be exported into Excel for your sellers and buyers.
