Make 2010 a "Green Year"
With 95% of all business information still stored on paper, we recognize the need to encourage and support all efforts to "go green". Each year US offices create 12.1 trillion pages of paper waste – representing 25% of the world's paper. The real estate industry ranks #4 in paper waste – preceded only by the government, attorneys, and the medical industry!  What can you do to make a difference and save money? 
  • Sign up to receive your Lone Wolf/DPN invoice by email – eInvoice – and pay by credit card*
  • Encourage your agents to use Direct Deposit – Vendors, too!
  • If you accept credit card payments from your agents explore using the DPN credit card module to create files and receive the accepted/declined file including automated processing of the cash receipt
  • Use Edit Archive to store your DPN edits on the server – disk space is less expensive than floor space
  • Setup DPN for output to PDF – no paper, easy to attach reports to email, ends storing paper reports
  • Use electronic transmission of data where possible
    • Download your listings into DPN
    • Import new sales
    • Import journal entries from outside payroll companies, non-integrated fixed asset programs, or other industry income for companies maintained on DPN such as mortgage, title, insurance
    • Import payables such as advertising or MLS billings – and create the charge back to agents
    • Import files to charge your agents for telephone, copy usage, virtual tours, or sign installations
    • If you supply information to joint ventures, provide files of the data
      • DPN has an IDX feed to Wells Fargo available
  • Provide your branches with inquiry and reporting on DPN data using eREBS rather than paper
    • Completely eliminate printing and distributing rosters and birthday lists
    • Provide access anytime to DPN listing and sales production
  • Provide eREBS access to agents
    • Giving them their monthly statement on line
    • Access any time to their 1099 earnings and charge detail for the year
  • Allow your branches to enter sales details using eContract rather than submitting paper

*Please note that signing up to automatically pay by credit card applies only to recurring monthly maintenance invoices - your credit card will not be charged for any billable support invoices.
