Featured Report of the Month for DPN: Pending Contracts Over # Days (RE-4-1-5) If you have recruiting, mentoring, or coaching programs and are using the DPN Recruiting/Mentoring to facilitate these programs, there is an activity report available for you. Often we setup these programs and the processing in DPN just automatically pays the recruiters, mentors, or coaches. Did you know reports are available on your recruiting records? You can provide recruiters with detailed activity by using the Recruiting/Mentoring Activity option. In the Real Estate Menu, Option 14: Manager Overrides/Recruiting and Option 12: Recruiting/Mentoring Activity Report can provide a nice report for your recruiters. The report can be run by Agent or by Pay Code. Pay Code is most useful for companies who have various recruiting or mentoring programs in place. This will allow you to report on each if you are using different pay codes for each program.
