Wolf Watch Technicians are trained to review your accounts and double check or fully process your bank reconciliations.  They will review numerous reports and produce a monthly letter giving the broker a synopsis of their findings.  Our Wolf Watch Technicians will report on outstanding agent's expenses, accounts receivable, commissions' payable, accounts payable and projected income. They will also let you know if you are making a profit each month.  Wolf Watch Technicians are also able to assist you with setting up a budget and can monitor it for you.

Wolf Watch is available with three levels of monthly service depending on your needs or can be hired on an hourly basis.

By signing on with a Wolf Watch monthly plan you are ensuring that you will always be prepared for that surprise audit or year-end.  You will also have a good understanding of your current financial status and have current and accurate bank reconciliations.

To access the Wolf Watch Support Request Form, in your RMS (Realty Management System) program, click on the Help drop-down menu, and select Support Request Form. Then click on the Wolf Watch option. Your company name will automatically be populated, however please indicate the person you would like us to contact along with their contact information.

Finally, click the E-mail button and Wolf Watch will be notified of your request.
