Featured Report of the Month for DPN: Pending Contracts Over # Days (RE-4-1-5) Many clients use this report to monitor pending sales that have past their estimated close date but did you know you can run this report to identify sales that have been pending over a certain number of days even if they have not yet passed their estimated close date? The report has an option to compare dates to the sale date or the estimated close date. The most commonly used option is to compare the report date to the estimated close date providing a list of sales that have passed their estimated close date by the number of days selected. Using the sale date to compare to the report date can provide a list of sales that have been pending or in escrow longer than the number of days specified. This option may provide a valuable analysis of the length of escrow periods. |
