Exploring Quick Checks If certain deals qualify to pay the agent at the settlement table, DPN's Quick Check Module allows you to pay them with your own company check rather than having them receive a check from the Title Company, Escrow Company, or Settlement Attorney. Quick Checks allows you to "pre-close" the sale on DPN recalculating commission, taking receivables, and handling auto pay/deductions for the agents you select. This feature allows you to pay selected agents at the settlement table while other agents must wait for their checks until the sale is closed and funded. The checks are essentially an advance of the commission – the program creates the advance to be paid and a corresponding receivable to be deducted when the sale actually closes.
