Taking the DPN Agent File Beyond Accounting
If you had to assemble all of the information you currently track on an agent, would you need to access multiple systems and databases? Consolidating all agent information into one system not only allows you to look one place for the information – it means you have one database to maintain, backup, and safeguard.

DPN offers two agent file options - basic and expanded. The basic agent file is a single screen while the expanded provides 5 screens to record General, Personal, Real Estate, Performance, and Education data. In addition to these screens, windows provide access to compensation plans, licensing, MLS ID’s for multiple boards, unlimited telephone numbers, email addresses/agent personal websites, and comments. Agent credit information, credit cards, and direct deposit instructions are maintained in DPN files. Goals at the agent level for listings, pending sales, and closings are also available within standard DPN fields.

In addition to these standard fields, Agent Additional Information is available allowing you to structure specific items your company needs to track. Examples may include a new hire checklist, a family file to incorporate not only spouse but children, ages, birthdays, and anniversaries. Tracking foreign languages is becoming more important for matching agents to referred consumers – in fact, some franchise data bridge feeds now require languages as a part of the agent information. We have recently added a Tip Sheet to www.dpn.com on how to track foreign languages for your agents – using the Real Estate Codes and Additional Information windows in the agent file.

For more information or assistance in expanding the agent information you maintain on DPN, please contact anyone in DPN Customer Support.
