Featured Report:  Transaction Payout Report
Keep a clean set of books and ensure that your deals balance to zero daily by running the Transaction Payout report (2.P.1.2).

This report will show you all closed deals that have not been fully disbursed, such as paying an agent or transferring funds. Ideally this report should show no deals. The chart below lists the activity reports that can be run to see the detail which makes up the balance for each transaction that appears on the pay-out report. The G/L Account refers to the standard chart of accounts installed with the program.

This is the Net to Office figure from the transaction (2.1)

If the balance is positive, it usually indicates that something hasn't been paid yet. If the balance is negative, that can indicate that an account has been overdrawn, something has been overpaid, or it can also indicate that a deal has been un-finalized after it was paid out.

If you require assistance cleaning up this report, please use the Support Request Form and attach the transactions on the report to send to our support department. Any additional information you can provide regarding the deals will assist the support department with more detailed responses.
