As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the customer experience, Lone Wolf has made significant improvements and upgrades to our infrastructure. We pride ourselves on offering you the richest feature sets in our software and best performing services available.   A significant challenge for any company in growth or in expansion mode is meeting and staying ahead of its capacity demands. Last fall, Lone Wolf assembled a team of internal and external technology experts to look into our requirements and designed an infrastructure to meet our clients' needs.

Throughout this process, we had several goals in mind. These included:

• The ability to build out capacity on demand without interruption to our client
• Offer the best possible performance for our applications
• Ensure that the environment was fully scalable
• Implement an agile infrastructure capable of addressing new client demands in a rapid fashion.   

In addition, we had a number of immediate requirements intended to protect our business and your data. These included:

• The establishment of a second fully functional data centre for disaster
  recovery and high availability
• Full redundancy of all our servers and network equipment
• Enhanced back-up and recovery applications to protect the data 

What did we do?
Lone Wolf knows that your information is the lifeblood of your business. Managing that information is a responsibility we do not take lightly. As such, we relocated our equipment into a Tier 4 Data Center. This move provides us with a facility that guarantees 99.999% uptime and is served by 26 major internet feeds. Additionally, we upgraded our core servers and increased both our storage and bandwidth capability. Our IT team now manages over 60 servers, 38 Terabytes of data and a 100Mbps connection to the Internet.   

What does this mean for Lone Wolf Clients?
The combination of all our changes has dramatically improved the performance of all our software and services. Website speed tests have shown significant improvements. During our testing, we have seen some websites obtain improvements in excess of 300%.
