We have found a product that enables you to create PDF documents from any DPN report. Ghostscript can be installed on your DPN server for use within our application to output your reports directly to PDF. The process takes approximately one hour to complete. A PDF printer will be setup for you. The PDF documents will be stored on the DPN server in the user's home directory.

Another option currently available to DPN clients is Edit Archive. Edit Archive automatically creates an electronic copy of your edit to be stored on your DPN server. While this is not intended to substitute for printing and reviewing the edit prior to updating, it does reduce paper storage – plus enables you to easily locate and reprint an edit at any time. We continue to recommend that the user still print the edit and keep the paper at least overnight as this continues to serve as your paper trail to recreate the prior day's work in case of hardware failure; however after one day the edits could be shredded eliminating storage. Edit Archive can generally be setup on your machine in about one hour.
