Exploring the Listing Hot Sheet If your company downloads listings from the MLS, you may want to consider using the Hot Sheet option to provide daily reports on your download listing activity. The Hot Sheet uses the listing history records to compile the report lending itself to daily monitoring of download activity. Hot Sheet types that can be monitored include:
Imagine running one report each day to show you the new listings that have downloaded into DPN, the listings that were updated in the MLS as having a pending sale or sold. The Hot Sheet report can include the DPN Sale Number – at a glance you will see if you have listings showing on the MLS as having pending sales but you do not have a sale entered in DPN. Another great use for this report is to immediately identify the listings that do not have an agent due to errors during the download. Hot Sheet report templates normally take approximately one hour to setup but this is dependent on the number of property types in your listing system.
