Archiving Documents (RE.12.1 or LS.13.1) If you are currently using off premise storage facilities for your old listing and/or sale files, did you know you can record their document location in DPN? The Archive Information option in DPN can end searching through boxes to find a particular file. As your files are pulled and boxed to be sent off to storage, a user can quickly enter the exact Box Number and Archive Document Number into the Listing or Sale in DPN. When you need to find the listing or sale, searching in DPN is easy. Once the listing or sale is found in DPN, the Box Number and Archive Document Number will make the file easy to locate and retrieve. Reports are also available showing the contents of each box. |
