Office Weekly Production Report (RE.7.7) Do you currently spend hours running reports from listings and real estate to provide a recap of new activity for the day, week, or month to your management? If so, take a look at the Office Weekly Production Report. This one report will provide you with a quick summary of all new listings, new sales written, and closings for the date range selected. Even though the report is entitled "weekly", you are prompted for the date range and can run the report daily, weekly, or even monthly. Using the Management Version of the report will provide you with the following for each office for the date range selected:
The report is totalled for each office by section and includes a company total for each section. As the menu option indicates the report must be printed to wide paper. You will need a DPN printer set up for letter landscape printing. If you do not already have such a printer available, contact anyone in DPN Customer Support for assistance. This report just might become your new report for management reviews or sales meetings! |
