Mortgage Management System We are excited to announce that we have adapted the Realty Management System for Mortgage companies resulting in the Mortgage Management System (MMS)! We have updated the terminology to be specific to the mortgage industry and added a new option for processing bonuses. Mortgage records are processed similarly to entering trades/transactions in 2.1. However, in the mortgage industry it is common to have Volume Bonuses that come at a later time and one cheque is applicable to several mortgages. Therefore we have added the Additional Payments menu (2.3). These payments can come in some time after the original mortgage commission is paid out. Typically one cheque can be attributed to multiple mortgage professionals and mortgage records. The Processing Additional Payments option (2.3.1) was designed to process these payments.
If you are currently using the Realty Management System for your mortgage company, and would like to setup an appointment to convert to MMS, please contact training@lwolf.com. There is no cost for the conversion which includes training on the Additional Payment option. There is no price change in the licensing fee to switch from RMS to MMS.
