Updating the Synchronization Program
The Wolf EX Synchronization program is designed to update itself at regular intervals. If you find that the synchronization program is not updating as planned or as often as you desire, a manual update of the program is available to you. This process is similar to updating the Realty Management System, as you can access the updates from www.lwolf.com. From the website, access the Support Section and select Global Wolf Synchronization in the products list. Select Latest Update to download the update.

Scheduled Tasks
During the initial download and installation of the Lone Wolf synchronization program; it is standard procedure to create a specific password, schedule a task and run the program.* If you change passwords on a regular basis, the scheduled task will not initiate unless the password has been synchronized between your server and the scheduled task.

*Please note that if your Realty Management System data is hosted by Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, you will not need to complete or maintain the above mentioned, as Lone Wolf provides this as a service for your company.
