Agent Production Report Last month we highlighted the Uncovered Expense Report (8.6.6) to illustrate the importance of being pro-active in regards to the issue of bad debt with your agents. In addition to reviewing the Uncovered Expense Report, another way of looking at the issue of agent bad debt is to review their past, present and future production figures using the Agent Production Report (8.5.P). Knowing what an agent has done in the past, what deals are in the pipeline for the future, and what active listings they are holding, are all ways of getting a view of whether an agent is working and being productive, or whether they are on their way to becoming a bad debt statistic! This powerful menu option gives the flexibility to create and email many types of information to your agents. Expired listings, new written, pending and closed deals can all be generated on one report and emailed out to your agents with one click. If you have our Wolf EX product, the Production Report is accessible to your agents at any time by selecting Commission Reports under the Lone Wolf icon.
