Buyer/Seller Address Tracking is available at no initial or recurring monthly cost. This option does require DPN to turn it on and assist you with the setup – normally requiring no more than an hour of Customer Support time. The option allows you to set up codes identifying your seller and buyer "types" such as Owner/Occupant, Investor, Bank Owned, Builder/Developer, Vacation/Second Home, Landlord, Tenant, etc. and if their address should be changed when the property closes.

Address Tracking functionality allows you to enter your sellers and buyers at their current mailing address assuring that correct contact information is available for core service providers. A forwarding address field becomes available for your sellers. If the seller type indicates an address change is appropriate, such as for an Owner/Occupant, when the sale closes the seller's address will be changed to the forwarding address. If the buyer type indicates an address change is appropriate, the buyer's address is changed to the property address. These address changes are handled automatically during the closing process.
