Message Center Enhancements In Wolf EX we have added a new HTML editor tool in the "Create a Message," function. This allows you the ability to change font color and size, use spell check and much more when sending a message out to your agents and administrative staff. In addition to the new HTML editor you now have the ability to send messages to any of your Business Contacts. This will allow you to not only communicate to others internally by using the Create a Message tool, but it also allows you to send messages to anyone in your Contact Manager that is classified as a Business Contact!
