Holiday Operating Schedule We would like to extend wishes for a safe and happy holiday season and a prosperous 2009! Our offices will be closed for Christmas Day on Thursday December 25th, Boxing Day on Friday December 26th and for New Years Day on Thursday January 1st. This year there are additional options for accessing service when our head office is closed. When you call our head office after hours at 1‐866‐279‐9653, you will be prompted with the following options: 1) If you require assistance with our Web products including Global Wolf, Wolf EX, and Hosting services, please e‐mail your request to support@lwolf.com and put the word Global or Hosting in the subject line. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate person. 2) If you would like to leave a message for one of our staff members and have your call returned on the next business day, please press 2, and your call will be directed to a general mailbox. 3) If you require assistance with your Lone Wolf RMS accounting or ancillary products, please press 3. |
