| Lone Wolf Purchases DPN and Appoints Jonathan Peterson as VP and GM At the DPN User Symposium in Las Vegas in late September, Lone Wolf announced that the DPN assets had been acquired from Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions. This represents a major expansion of Lone Wolf, with an additional 20 employees joining our team and an office in Las Vegas being established. Combined, our products will service over 5,000 real estate offices across North America, including over half of the top 100 brokerage operations. New User Roles
On September 15, 2008 we revised User Roles, Permissions and Statuses. The Permissions have been simplified significantly and the new User Roles allow you more control over access in the system. You can now create user groups with specific access to view or edit functions within the program. The Extranet comes pre-programmed with four basic User Roles that can be edited, or new roles can be created. Electronic Funds Transfer Features
As you may be aware, the Realty Management System has the ability to process Electronic Funds Transfers for your cheques. You can use EFT to pay vendors, agents, staff, outside brokers, etc... To see a list of default banks we have EFT available for, go into Edit Banks (E.1.4), and on the Account Info tab click on the E.F.T. Format field to see a list of banks already programmed. 8.F.2. - The Agent Net Worth This report is an excellent tool for your broker/owner to calculate your agents' net worth based upon the income derived from your agents fee deductions and monthly billing, compared to the expenses the office incurred for the same period. It will identify which agents are generating a profit and which agents might require some coaching. Each revenue and expense G/L Account has a setting (volume or number of agents) so the overhead is properly divided among the number of agents, or pro-rated based on the volume of business they do.
