New Enhancements and Release Notes for Global Wolf and Wolf EX Updates – We appreciate your feedback!
In response to you, our programmers are constantly working to enhance the features available in our suite of products. You can now review the list of enhancements implemented in the Release Notes feature. Read More: The “Release Notes” option is now available in the HELP drop-down icon of our web products. Clicking on the HELP icon, then selecting Release Notes will display all of the new features and changes in functionality that have been implemented into our products. Some of the more recent enhancements to the system include:

User Roles – have been revised to give you more control over access levels in the system
Allow Message Display on Login – has been removed from permissions. Now when a user logs in, all messages that are "checked for display on login" will appear
Web Mail – is now under Integrations on the Modules page. This is considered a module because it takes you out of the Extranet, whether it be to our web mail program or an outside vendor.
Listings – we have removed the "view agent/office listings" button. This is now controlled by the Filters. The filters will default to show your listings, if you have any.
Create a Showing – the scope here dictates which listings you can create a showing for. The Internal Agent list for showings permission will dictate which agents you can book showings for ie. yourself, your team, office, company. This replaces "Agent can set office showings". All agents can add call notes
File Manager - Office Links have been removed because these get updated via the Office Links Menu Option on the Home Page
