Lone Wolf Continues to Improve the Extranet
As a part of our commitment to continue development of our product, on July 11, 2008 we rolled out enhancements to four different areas of the extranet. The main areas of improvement include the Users screens, Listings section, Showings and Events.

Enhancements to Profiles, Listings, Showings, Events
We are excited to announce that there have been changes made to the "Users" section which is now called the Realtor/Staff or Agents/Staff along with a reformat of the "Listings" plus "Showings" and "Events". These changes are effective immediately to better assist our valued clients.

  1. The "Realtor/Staff" section is located under the "Admin" icon.
    1. We have added a "Teams" tab which pulls the Team statuses from the Realty Management Software (RMS) menu option [I.1.T].
    2. As well, an "MLS" tab is now available where you can input the MLS ID's for each agent. Please note that if listings appear with the listing agent showing N/A, the MLS tab is the first place to verify whether or not the agent's MLS IDs have been entered correctly. Without the MLS ID entered for an agent, the listings will not appear on the showings tab and any company/agent websites.
    3. You will also find a "Showings" tab; on the "Showings" tab you now have the capability of stating whether or not a specific agent would like to send showing feedback reminders. If the agents would like to use showing feedback reminders they can state how many daily they would like to send. In addition the agents can now personalize their own email body of the showing feedback form.

  2. Changes to the "Listings" section are as follows:
    1. There is an "Add Entry" button which replaces the link to add a new exclusive listing.
    2. There is now a "People" tab which displays the agents and sellers/tenants for the listing. Previously, this information was available on the "Info" tab.
    3. The "Showing Set-Up" tab has been reformatted for the "Seller Showing Notifications" and "Tenant Showing Notifications". As well you now have the ability to set Date and Time Exceptions that will ensure complete control over blocking/allowing specific times vs a weekly schedule.
    4. The "Activity" tab has been split up into a "Showing Activity" tab and an "Open Houses" tab. We have updated the appearance of the showing and open house areas of the site.
  3. The "Create a Showing" has been improved as follows:
    1. When you are creating a showing, we are now displaying the contact information for the listing. After you select a listing, you will be able to edit the showing instructions if necessary. When selecting an agent, there is now an option to search by "Agent Name". When you search by agent name, you will be searching internal and outside agents.
    2. There is now a button called "Set Showing Time" which can be used to visually select the time. The page that pops up will show you other showings and open houses scheduled on this listing, as well as the showing exceptions. The time selection pop-up has been designed to make it easy to select showing times using your keyboard. Use the arrow keys to navigate the grid and use the space bar to check or uncheck the time slots. Press tab to jump down to the continue button and then press enter to continue setting up your showing. There is an option in Showings > Set-up > General Settings called "Pop-up Showing Time" to decide whether you want the new time selection window to pop up automatically or only when you click the button.

  4. The "Events" have been enhanced to allow the following:
    1. The ability to enter a recurring event and modify/delete the entire series.  When in Home > Events, click on the "Series" link for any recurring event to view the series where you will can click on copy or delete for any of the events within the series, double click on the specific event within the series to edit it.
    2. There is now a button called "Set Showing Time" which can be used to visually select the time. The page that pops up will show you other showings and open houses scheduled on this listing, as well as the showing exceptions. The time selection pop-up has been designed to make it easy to select showing times using your keyboard.
